Aaron Stuber, RN, BSN, DipACLM has worked in a variety of in-patient, acute care settings from cardiac step-down to Behavioral Health as well as out-patient Urgent and Primary Care. Aaron is a Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner and a graduate of the Wellcoaches online program for Health and Wellness Coaches. From 2016 to 2019, Aaron co-hosted the Thought For Food Podcast, a show dedicated to public education around nutrition science, Lifestyle Medicine, athletic performance and critical thinking.
His academic and clinical interests include nutrition science, Lifestyle Medicine, behavior change science, cardiovascular disease and sports performance as well as the prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome with evidence-based lifestyle interventions.
