Abacode, Inc., a Tampa, Fla.-based cybersecurity and compliance services company, raised $4.85m in Series A growth equity funding.
The round was led by Ballast Point Ventures.
In conjunction with the funding, Ballast Point Ventures’ Sean Barkman, will join the Abacode Board of Directors.
The company has specific expertise in proactively monitoring, detecting, and responding to cyber threats in real-time through the company’s 24/7 Security Operations Center.
