What is it like to be in therapy? A therapist-in-training interviews individuals from every walk of life, but specifically looks to center the voices of POC and LGBTQ+ individuals. This show creates a space for both positive and negative experiences with therapy, with the goal of giving power to individuals who take a head-on approach to their mental health.
