Rockford, Michigan native and ABC Meteorologist Ginger Zee was kind enough to talk to John Gonzalez (June 3, 2013) on his "Going Gonzo Show" on Grand Rapids talk radio station WJRW-AM (1340). The weekend "Good Morning America" weather anchor talked about losing colleague/storm chaser Tim Samaras in the recent tornadoes that swept through Oklahoma. John Gonzalez, who also works at MLive.com and Ginger's hometown newspaper, The Grand Rapids, has known Ginger since she worked at WOOD-TV8 in GR.
