This week we talk with Abdulrahman Alkhamees AKA Abe who was born in Kuwait had dreams of going to the Pacific North West of America one day. Eventually his dreams came true and once he was in the PNW his life began to transform, He lost nearly 200 lbs, found cycling, and discovered a new way of life. Abe now rides LOADS of miles on his bike from gravel to road. He is always logging miles! His positive attitude is uplifting especially at the end of a big ride.
