Abel Pacheco has been in real estate since 2008, he is passively invested in 465 doors, GP/Active in another 402 doors, and currently developing 156 doors from the ground up.  

It took him 10 years to acquired 8 SF properties and took him 2 years to get involved in multifamily, where he attributes his success to education, coaching, mentors, and taking Massive Action.
