This Week in History; 19th - 25th October  

😞 (00:33) - 21st October 1966: The Aberfan Disaster was one of the greatest tragedies in living memory when 116 children and 28 adults died when a spoil heap collapsed behind the village. 

⚓️ (02:20) - 21st October 1805: Admiral Nelson fatally wounded on board HMS Victory at the Battle of Trafalgar, near Gibraltar. Nelson was fatally wounded by a shot fired by a sniper on the French ship Redoubtable. 

⚔️ (04:19) - 25th October 1415: Battle of Agincourt The English under Henry V beat the French at one of the most famous battles in English history.
