Can Large Language Models (LLMs) model concepts? If so, how limited are our concepts about the world?

The following is a conversation with Abhay Venkatesh, who has been working as an engineer at Anduril, a defense technology company based out of Southern California, for the last four and a half years. Currently, he is helping build a new team within the company focused on deploying LLMs in defense. Before that, he was an undergraduate conducting AI research, with a particular focus on computer vision. Additionally, he is an active angel investor in tech businesses centered around AI and software companies.
