Two years ago, a new player popped up in nearby South Burlington and has been crushing it. Family-owned Weird Window Brewing is a great spot for well-balanced beers, board games, pets, and fun for the whole family. In this interview, co-owner and brewer Jack Droppa, formerly of Otter Creek Brewing and Frost Beer Works, talks about his journey in the craft beer world.
