Dear Home in the Heart,

Welcome to Letter 2: Abide. Today’s verse is Ephesians 3:17, Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. This is more than poetry. It’s a promise. The God who made the stars wants to live inside of you. Not as a visitor but as family. He wants to dwell, to stay, to make your heart his home.

When you let him in, he doesn’t just sit quietly in the corner. He rearranges what’s been broken. He turns fear into peace, chaos into calm, and distance into closeness. He wants your heart to be the place where heaven rests.

Maybe you’ve kept certain rooms locked away, the hurt, the guilt, the doubt. But he’s gentle. He knocks. He waits. He restores. And when you finally open the door, you’ll realize home isn’t a place. It’s a person. And that person is Jesus.
