Brandy Meeks, president of the Vitae Foundation, discusses the wave of pro-abortion referendums being decided in this year's elections. Ten states have some version of an abortion statute or state constitutional amendment before voters this year. Meeks assesses the trend and also discusses the changes in our culture that led to this point of having abortion become a defining issue in politics and beyond them.
