The topic of which Bible translation/version to use is a hot one. I recently saw a question posted online that cause me to think about the times this topic has come up over the years. I am sad to say that this is, i believe, only an issue because of the soft bigotry of low expectation; and this idea that in order to understand the things the Bible teaches one must be some kind of big-brain-super-nerdy-dusty-scholar type. If I were the average individual I would be highly insulted at the way people come at this topic. I hope you listen and find encouragement.
