My mom received a collect call on her cell phone, but it said this phone cannot receive collect calls… so I’m just curious who would call at 11:55 PM? Especially outside of the US or other places… because she talked about it while we were eating ice cream And for some reason she cannot connect the dots.. what do these people want? We will never know. Why did they call? We will never know.
