What started as a love letter to my girlfriends also became a chat about the ways men and women are different. But mostly, this one is for all my girls who might need a reminder why THEIR girls in their life are so important. As general friends, as well as in the workplace, we're definitely better when we understand each other and take out the competition. We are nothing without the badass women we surround ourselves with. And yes I still love my guy friends, too.
