Sermon Text: John 12:1-8
Main Idea: We are called by Scripture to value Christ and worship Him above all. From this text, we can see three approaches to what we value:
1. Valuing Christ Above All: Mary's actions show us how we should value Christ and worship Him regardless of the cost and cultural implications.
2. Valuing Service Above All: Judas' words show us that there are those who wrongly value good deeds and acts of service as the highest calling of man. This is not true!
3. Valuing Self Above All: Judas' heart was greedy and he wanted the worship directed to Christ for himself.
