On this episode of Above & Aweigh we break down the basics of the DEOMI Organizational Climate Survey, or DEOCS, which was designed by the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute to assess the equal opportunity climate of a unit.

On this episode of Above & Aweigh we went to visit the rarely seen Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility. With COVID turning our world upside down, we also sat down with JBPHH Chaplain LT Greenfield to get her perspective of how parents can talk to their military child about ways to be resilient.
