In 1846, future U.S. president Abraham Lincoln wrote a short story about a very strange and mysterious murder case, that had taken place in Illinois, a few years earlier. The  story was published in a local newspaper.

On this episode, you will hear Lincoln’s dramatic tale of true crime, told in full.
