Today's Podcast Convo is sparked by Akon's absence as a father.  in a recent interview, he said he doesn't go to his children's concerts, recitals, or "any  white people stuff", that's what mothers are for.   This brings up good conversation on gender roles, present day, societal norms and expectations.
