Man has invented physical conveniences. The physical resistances to living have reduced.

But it is the psychological resistance which has not been understood. We think as if psychological resistance can be undone or removed. Mind has coined theories in the name of God or other religious-spiritual theories to explain away psychological resistance.

It is absorbing the psychological resistance without any explanation that holds the key to seeing the Truth.

You have to stop all explanations that arise to close the gap, to explain away the gap between what you want and what happens (liked or disliked).

It is not that you have to learn something to see the Truth. You have to be ‘as you are’ (without any explanation) to see the Truth.

It is to find ‘you’ as you are-desiring, wanting, anxious, continuously adjusting with others or environment, being insulted or praised, being hit by unexplainable failures or successes, stuck up in the maze of choices, actions and consequences and so on. This ‘as you are’ is the end of ‘you’. This facing oneself ‘as it is’ is like an explosion. The new mind is born.

You are thinking as if some one else has comfortably solved the enigma of life, hoping as if dependence upon others will take you to the Truth. Unless this hope crashes, there is no chance of finding ‘what is True’.

One lives in pain, uncertainty, amenable to disease, accident, losses and so on, raises the question – why he has to?

One thinks as if science, economics or ideas about God will solve the issue. Can one see that any idea postpones the issue?

There are those in whom these questions do not arise. They keep themselves adjusted with explanations.

But if you have become so passionate about these questions, so serious about these questions that you want an answer ‘Now’. No explanation, religious or scientific is able to assuage the pain of these questions. You are bent upon.

Suddenly, you realize that there is no one to answer. You are Alone. From whom you are seeking answers?

It is not the inability to find the answer but seeing that all explanations postpone the issue.

Now you will touch the original pain, the original resistance, the original energy on which the Life is sustained.
