We live is a world filled with internal conflict. The more our nation moves away from God we see a correlation of increased mental health deterioration. It would be hard to ignore this coincidence. Likewise, as Christians are drawn away from walking in faithfulness to God through the living in obedience to His Word, we see growing internal conflict among believers.
