As a certified geriatric fitness instructor, his work has helped our senior clients improve their lifestyles. James currently serves as the fitness director for Jrogun Motivation and Fitness Training. His areas of expertise in fitness includes: geriatrics, rehabilitation, obesity/weight-loss management, personal fitness(corporate and individual), all sports strength/conditioning and baseball training(batting and coordination skills).
