If you're in an abusive relationship, get help immediately. If you can't, talk with a friend or trusted family member and begin to make a plan of escape. If you have children, you owe it to them to keep them safe and free from harm. 

If however, you use allegations of abuse to feed your narrative with reasons to live in a victim mentality, seek help just the same. If you're taking away from others, if you lie for selfish purpose and you allege abuse to establish coercive control and use your children as pawns to hurt the dad, or increase your chances in front of the family court, you're just plain evil.
