It's never easy getting out of abuse and a lot of times we can't make a perfectly clean get away. The healing and restoration can take a life time. The thing is that's not the worse part the worse part is the enabling communities in which we struggle to rebuild and the silencing of our voices. Let's talk together. I am an advocate for abuse survivors who has made a messy escape myself and who knows what it's like to be alone while still picking up pieces which can include our sanity, our health, and even our family.
