Recorded ahead of the release of the Daimajin trilogy boxset from Arrow, Elwood and Stephen check out the first film in the trilogy in which the samurai lord of a peaceful village is murdered by one of his own  men. Claiming the throne and forcing the lord's two small  children to flee into the woods near the huge stone statue of Daimajin, the god of their village. Ten Years later they plot to reclaim the throne as they call upon Daimajin to assist them.
