AC interviewed Dr. Steven Schkolne about his new book, "Living with Frankenstein: The History and Destiny of Machine Consciousness". We cover some of the scientific, philosophical and humanistic ideas and controversies about consciousness and what it means for machines to exhibit similar attributes.
