For a long time, after the reformation, academia (Theology to be more specific) has been separated from the ministry activities of the Church. To a certain degree, this divorce has had many adverse impacts on the Church's credibility as a social institution. In this episode of Beyond Religion, we want to probe how Theology as an academic discipline can help the Church fulfil her social functions.
