Leaders spent a lot of time mulling over the negatives and creating very long-term goals.  But not all reflections are productive.  To produce a tangible movement of your business in 2021 ask these questions:  What is your biggest challenge right now? Begin looking at enterprise challenges in layers.  Are we in a recovery reaction mode? As a leader, you must pause and reflect on your strategies before taking the next steps.  What is your immediately fixable agenda? Tackle that one resolvable layer for the moment.  Conflict in business is not unusual.
