“Accept Jesus as your personal Savior” is a phrase so commonly used, one might imagine it is found multiple times throughout the New Testament. However, a reader will never find this recorded in the Bible. When it comes to matters of salvation, it is important to understand what the Scriptures teach and follow the pattern just as the Lord has instructed. This study will focus on the accuracy of this statement and how one should view Jesus and His offer of salvation.
