Mr. Ferreri is not shy about discussing the hardships faced when going back for additional education and how prior working experiences made the clinical aspect easier. He shares about his drive for increasing department productivity, the value of education, and how acceptance is key for the success of the RA role. Together we go through some of the things we have learned from our supervising Radiologist and the importance of incorporating a strong team by understanding our different roles.
