In this surprise episode release, I talk about how and why acceptance isn’t a beautiful thing but is actually the clarity that we need to hear.  

I also talk more about my past, bring some more understanding to past episodes, and talk about the experiences that have made me who I am and the lessons I have learned so far.

There is still so much happening behind the scenes in Theo’s Coffee Break, but we are taking it one day at a time. And the effort and consistency and continuing to show up will lead us right where we need to be.
