The greatest desire of the human spirit is to find significance and relevance. In order for us to achieve this goal we must first accept self. Self accepting is the state of complete acceptance of oneself. Fully embracing who you are without any qualifications, conditions, or exceptions. It is an individuals acceptance of all of his/her attributes positive or negative. Accepting self may be different for everyone and thats ok, once we are committed to the process the results can be quite impactful and dynamic to our growth and development.
