Something I see a lot (and have done a lot!) is not accepting or embracing what works FOR ME.


Sometimes not even acknowledging it and pushing against what is.


and instead staying attached to “shoulds” and other peoples ideas.


in todays episode I talk about my own story to start a practice of recognising and embracing what actually works for me - even if its not what I ‘want’ or expect to work in this season of life
