In Week 2 of the Who Is This King of Glory? series, we slow down to reflect on Psalm 24:3–5, where David asks a powerful question: Who is allowed to ascend the hill of the Lord, and who may stand in His holy place?

This passage introduces two essential spiritual principles: access and alignment. Access speaks to permission—being allowed to approach, enter, and remain in places of spiritual responsibility and blessing.

Alignment speaks to readiness—the ordering of our actions and motives according to God’s standards.

Using the original Hebrew meaning of the text, this episode explores what it truly means to have clean hands and a pure heart, and why character, integrity, and inner alignment matter before elevation.

This is not a message about perfection, but about preparation. God does not deny access to punish; He delays access to protect and refine.
