INTPs get a bad rap for being depressed, low energy, disinterested, lazy and every other negative emotion under the sun. Those perceptions certainly don't help us feel better about ourselves as we navigate the world and figure out our place in society. I'm hoping that this can be one of those videos that allows you an INTP to let go of those ideas and embrace moments in which you can access joy in your life. To apply joy to every day takes a little more effort for us than other types and it's an intentional choice we need to make every single day.
