We typically use fear as a way to motivate us to push past our limits but what if we started accessing higher vibrational states? In this episode, we discuss the importance of releasing stress from the body and lessening our the importance of achievements. By releasing fear and the need to control the outcome we actually increase our chances of accessing flow states. In a flow state, our mind can go quiet and our body can perform.
