Caytlyn Dee is the Founder of Integrative Pelvic Care. She offers in person and virtual programs for women desiring sustainable, whole body pelvic healing. This is more than "just the pelvis" - it's reconnecting to our center, integrating trauma and emotions, and ultimately healing at the root. Caytlyn's own healing journey inspired the way she offers this work. Her gentle, nervous system centered approach welcomes women at all life stages into a descent into their own body to remember their own power, wisdom, and self healing abilities.
In this episode Caytlyn shared her story and the how her own work is what brought her to doing the work in the integrative form in which she does.
We speak about the impact pelvic health has on our voice and how trauma can impact this space in our body. Caytlyn shares how healing our pelvis from a nervous system approach can impact our overall wellbeing from our digestion to our lymph and nervous tissue. We talk about the impact this work has on our relationship and creative work. We also speak on generational trauma and how it shows up in our pelvis and impacts our overall wellbeing.
