In this Episode I dive deep in to my Honesty about How waiting for news when it comes to a loved ones health is hard, intense and full of going through all the what-ifs. I share personal stories in regards to my process of how I support myself during these times as they come up often when being a Caregiver. 

I go over the three questions I ask myself when I start to feel myself allowing the worry, the stress, the unknown of what's to come consume me. I talk about how really connecting with what I can Control and what I can't control is supportive . About how accessing Presence with what the truth in the moment  is very grounding and how it shifts my energy.
