My guest today is, Trevor Rudd. I don’t know of another recruitment professional with whom I’ve had more business interaction throughout my career. We’ve worked together on literally dozens of highly successful projects.
Whenever a client had something new, my first question was always; “I hope I can get Trevor for this assignment” or “I really hope Trevor has the bandwidth for this one”.
Describing Trevor is easy, “CLIENT FACING”. And I don’t mean that he’s all swagger and good hair like he jumped out of the pages of GQ. Trevor is a great and caring professional that really knows his stuff and this instantly resonates with clients.
Let me be clear; If we were up against it, bases loaded, bottom on the ninth and up by only one run, my sign to the bullpen would mean only one thing; bring out the closer, the out the heat…bring me, Trevor Rudd.
