Sarah Hebbassi and I met as I traveled to the opening night of the One&Only urban resort in Dubai, and had a chance to talk about her background, as a "Citizen of the World" of Moroccan descent, born in Saudi Arabia, but was raised between both Canada and The Middle East - but she feels the most safe and able to thrive in Dubai.
