In Riga, Latvia I took a city tour and walked with an ethnically Russian, but Latvian-born anthropologist Vitali, as he gave his perspective on being an ethnic minority in his own country. 

A minority, partly due to the history of occupations, food such as Grey Peas, and city versus rural living as it compares to both Russia and Latvia.
