The Golden Rule can be found in most religions.  Do unto others as you would like to be treated.

It can also be said that it can be a standard for how we live our lives.  The question becomes what is fueling your position behind that rule?  How do you manage your life under that rule?

When you examine your heart you will see what is driving your dealings with respect to the Golden Rule.
