One of the things that, I did in 2021, was join a coaching group. I did that for multiple reasons, but the number one reason why I did it was for accountability. Mainly because you know, as business owners, who are we accountable to? Like you're accountable to your bank account, you're accountable to your spouse, you're accountable to your employees. You are, but do you submit to that accountability? Most of the time, the answer is no. So I joined a coaching group because I wanted to have a layer of accountability in my life that not necessarily somebody getting in my *ss but giving me a reflection of what it is that we're accomplishing versus what it is my goals were, our goals are, or where I want to be. And so I challenge you to find accountability and find someone that can help you lend yourself to be accounted for in terms of the things that you're trying to accomplish. Why? Because external accountability gives you a way of viewing the things happening in your life and viewing the things that are going on so that you can change. You can pivot, you can do whatever it takes to make sure that you achieve whatever it is you're trying to achieve. And this is exactly why I joined up in a coaching group to do just that. Now here's the other part of it, it costs money. You know the right accountability group is gonna cost you some change. I think I'll invest about 10 grand a year into this accountability group, not accounting, flights and hotels, and things like that. That I'll do to go to the headquarters for events. So all in maybe 20 grand, lot of money, lot of money. So it would be stupid for me not to be accountable. A lot easier to not be accountable when it's free than when it costs you money. What's the investment that you're making into you to become better. Because you see if you're not becoming better, you're gonna stagnate. And if you stagnate, you die. And so you have to look at the things around you that make you better. The things that are in place that make you better. And the people around you that are making you better. Who are you listening to? Who are you accountable to? Find accountability so that you can improve in your life and in your business. And you'll DMN8 the day.
