What made this accountant, who was brilliant at his work, quit his day job and choose to wholesale houses full-time? Well, John saw, while doing other people's taxes, what the world of real estate can give and that his job can't.  If you guys remember, John was my student who said that he wouldn't shave until he gets his first deal done and during a NY meet-up, a week and a half before the clever summit, we recorded a YouTube short where I told everyone that we'll be shaving John's beard on stage at the Clever Summit. This, according to John, made him super intentional. It's really amazing to see what we can accomplish when our backs are up against the wall. In John's case, when his face was up against the blade. He set his mind that he'll make it happen and it happened. John got his first deal last day of the tax season and we shaved off his beard on stage during the Clever Summit, in front of thousands of people. John is now on his first week of wholesaling real estate full-time. He's working on two deals right now, one of which would get him $20,000.
