Members Reviews:
Detailed Enough
This book covers all the way from startup to tax season. It isn't overly detailed but covers most everything you need to know to make sure you are doing appropriate accounting for your business.
Good Explanations
This book is being explained in a helpful voice with good direction and background for each area covered. This is not by any means a direct step by step because every business has different needs and accounting but it covers the basics for many different aspects so you can get a good start and-and know when to adjust if necessary.
This Author is good
This book can teach you some basic terms and concepts, but if you don't have a good background in bookkeeping you may want to look further for a detailed "how to" book. It really is a simple, straightforward easy to understand the book.
Good One
I think this is a good book for newer businesses. It helps understand the different aspects of accounting. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is the fact that the layout is kinda weird sometimes, and sometimes I feel like it is more advanced than beginners. But I guess everyone is on different levels in their understandings of accounting terms.
Worth Listening
This book includes so many tips to make accounting easy and includes definitions of common accounting terms, which was a great to help to me as an accounting newbie. I used the tips and tricks I learned to help my uncle with accounting for his self-owned construction company, and we both are thrilled.
