Questions have been raised locally over the latest commercial vacancy rate figures for Sligo.
According to a report from GeoDirectory, Sligo has the highest commercial vacancy rate in Ireland at 20.6%, which is 6% higher than the national average.
However, it’s been argued that the statistics might not be entirely accurate or representative of the situation within the county.
