Ace Dunn comes from very humble beginnings, no college education or rich uncle, no major savings, he started from 0, where now he is a small apartment flipper and owner and been in business since 2016.   

Currently closed on first small duplex to buy and hold last quarter of last year. Looking to go big and partner/syndicate larger deals in the near future. Voluntary ministry is his top priority.
