Today I’m speaking with Ant Bryan, a ParaAthlete, fitness coach & a motivational speaker. Ant suffered ed a brain tumour at the age of 6 causing him to have a stroke & loose the use of his left side. He’s now here to show others how he went from hospital bed to winning 2 gold medals at the world games in the 800m & 1500m. His aim in life now is to inspire others to do the same through his talks & social media.
