I wrote these lyrics in November 2021. The guitar happened fast, once I started singing to it. The vocals were raw, and without rehearsal. They improve with time.  This is about optimism and working towards our achievements, including peace and love.

Achieve Every Breath

I have an episode for each month. I record new songs for each episode using my own lyrics, guitar and song-writing. With a BA in psychology, I also became a licensed electrician and successful foreman. Later with academics and healthcare, I published scientific research on "Effective Self-management Strategies" (in mental health). I am a full-time support worker for youth who have diverse challenges. I won nine championships as a coach for minor baseball and have been skydiving eleven times!
I aim for Peace, Love and Justice… basically, more wellness for all of our lives.
