This week on Bread and Better we look at hustle culture, seasons of life, and how to avoid burnout. Tegan provides an alternative way to approach the idea of 'achieving balance' and we discuss a few positive things that have had an impact on our own lives.
Bread and Better is hosted by Tegan Padget a qualified personal trainer, sports nutritionist, chef, and owner of the online lifestyle coaching business called Fitty Tegs, and Alex Whittington a freelance feature writer, producer, the owner of Hey Al! Productions, and a mum of three. We aim to not only discuss the issues that affect us as women - but also how the issues we deal with, and how we respond, can affect those we influence - our kids, our nephews and nieces, our siblings, our cousins, our godchildren, our best friend's kids. We are committed to opening a dialogue where we explore generational patterns in the health, movement and mindset space, and make real change.
