Angad started investing in real estate 3 years ago and currently has a portfolio of 70 single-family houses, 2 multi-family buildings totaling 12 residential units, and a self-storage facility. The wholly owned $6MM+ portfolio generates cash flow of approximately $25k per month with no outside equity capital. He uses his own capital earned through a RE brokerage business he started as a college student in NYC, where he was generating over $150k per summer when he was just 19 years old. Today, at the age of 24, Angad is thankful to have found a niche using the BRRR strategy in a historically C-class area.
